Conditions

Any financial project might be interesting for Investcorp Moscow S.A.
In fact, the nature of the project is not the most important thing, it has to enter our criteria that is the following:
•High profitability
•The projects without lucre ends do not enter our criteria (associations of help, associations with social target, etc.). The project has to have an aptitude to generate profit.
•The total of the requested loan must be no less than EURO 2 ’000’ 000 (aprox. USD 3 '000' 000.).

Terms and interest rate

•Credit terms may vary between 10 and 25 years depending on the type of the project.
•The grace period is up to 36 months.
•The annual interest rate is between 5.5 % and 8,5 %.
The exact interest rate will be defined at the moment of doing the corresponding study.

* Request of the loan
* Copy of the Incorporation Agreement of the Company
* Legal Power of the Representative
* Copy of the current passport
* Bank Statement (last three months)
* Financial Bullfight of application and recovery of the loan (financial engineering)
* Business plan of the project to be developed.

Confidentiality

Investcorp Moscow S.A. follows definitely the disposals of the Federal Law on the information protection of June 19, 1992 [Law. 235.1].
We undertake to respect the confidentiality of the information received from our clients. Likewise, any client information will remain in hands of Investcorp Moscow S.A. and will not be transmitted to any third party, except the express assent of the client is received.
Our Company will not provide any information about our clients to official entities, natural persons, to the Russian or any foreign Government.

Expenses

The study and analysis of the project – EURO 3 ’800.00
